The massive cargo ship sinking off the coast of California on Sunday was rescued by a tugboat.
The Cargill ship, carrying nearly 8,000 people, was carrying a shipment of ammonium nitrate.
A crew member called out for help when the vessel began sinking and called the Coast Guard for help.
They got there and a tug boat was waiting nearby.
Cargill says they had no choice but to save the ship, but the tugboat was not able to get into the water.
The Coast Guard said they rescued the tug boat.
The crew was not injured.
