Two days before a major cargo ship crossing the Oregon coast, a crew member is taking on a new job.

It’s the kind of thing that doesn’t happen often in the U.S. cargo shipping industry.

But when the vessel carrying the first of several large freighters to come from Australia to be delivered to the United States is delayed by weather, the crew is on a mission to make the ship and its cargo safe.

It is one of the most dangerous jobs in the industry.

Crew members are paid as little as $11 per hour.

And many are young.

It takes a year for a crewmember to earn more than $100,000 in wages.

But that doesn: In Oregon, workers are required to pass a background check, a minimum of four years of experience, and a proficiency test.

And that is the only way for them to get into the lucrative field of cargo shipping, where companies often hire tens of thousands of workers.

They also pay a lot of money.

They make between $120,000 and $130,000 a year.

And they have to spend that money on food, housing, and other expenses.

But the problem for Oregon’s container ship crews is that they have no job security.

And so they are putting their lives on the line to get cargo ships to the ports they want to ship.

Oregon’s cargo ship industry has exploded since the boom of the shipping industry began in the 1980s.

But since the start of the Great Recession in 2009, there have been fewer container ship accidents and a higher percentage of ships running aground.

The number of cargo ship accidents in the United, as measured by the U-M program, has declined from 1,819 in 2009 to 1,000 last year.

The Oregon State Bureau of Labor and Industries has said it is on track to have one-fifth of its ships in operation by 2020.

But there is a long way to go.

The state estimates that it needs to get to zero accidents by the end of the decade.

That’s because there are many ships in Oregon that haven’t been inspected for safety, which can be costly.

It can also take years to get inspections.

And the state estimates its container ship industry lost more than 20 percent of its revenue in the past two years, according to the Oregon Department of Commerce.

The industry has also struggled with a lack of federal safety oversight.

The U.K. has recently approved new regulations for the industry, and the U and U.N. have proposed a new set of standards for the container ship workforce.

But in Oregon, the U has said the rules need to be implemented.

And in recent months, there has been growing frustration among Oregon lawmakers over how the federal government handles safety.

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has come under fire for not enforcing rules that prohibit people from operating dangerous ships.

The rule, known as the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), is designed to prevent workplace accidents.

But some of the OSHA regulations that have been proposed by the states are designed to protect workers and the public.

But Oregon’s new rules for the company that will ferry the container ships to Oregon have not been vetted by OSHA.

And Oregon State Treasurer John Tate said he is concerned about how the rules will affect Oregon workers.

“This is a federal agency that’s supposed to be responsible for the safety of the people working for them,” Tate said.

“They haven’t done that.

They’ve just made it up.”

OSHA has been criticized by Oregon and other states that have put in place their own rules for container ship companies.

OSHA rules include mandatory training for workers, including how to navigate the ship, how to deal with emergency situations, and how to keep ships operating safely.

But OSHA officials say they don’t have the resources to enforce the rules or to keep up with the pace of new safety incidents.

OSHHA officials declined to comment on the new Oregon rules.

But U.C. Davis University professor John Dolan said that many states have tried to do more to train workers for the job and have found that it’s too time consuming.

“It’s an industry that has to constantly innovate and find new ways to increase efficiency,” Dolan told ABC News.

And he said that OSHA is being too slow to implement the rules.

OSHS said that it received more than 1,500 comments on its rules proposal and that more than 60 companies responded to its public comment period.

Oregon has taken a more cautious approach to OSHA requirements.

OSHTAs rules have also been met with criticism by some Oregon lawmakers.

State Sen. Dan Biss, a Democrat, said the state has failed to put enough effort into OSHA standards.

“Oregon has a lot to be proud of, but we have failed to be proactive,” Biss said.
